MedShare is dedicated to improving our environment and global healthcare through the efficient recovery and redistribution of surplus medical supplies and equipment to those most in need. We do this by employing the following services:

MedShare's recovery efforts save thousands of pounds of surplus medical supplies and equipment from landfills and incinerators that, for various regulatory reasons, hospitals and medical companies must discard. We accept donations of unused, unexpired medical surplus supplies and used biomedical equipment through our hospital recovery program and corporate product donations.

Since 1999, MedShare has shipped over 460 forty-foot containers of medical supplies and equipment to 76 countries. We work with corporations, foreign governments, nonprofit organizations or individuals who wish to sponsor a shipment to specified healthcare recipients abroad.

MedShare has provided medical supplies for over 1,000 medical mission teams treating underserved patients all over the world. At both MedShare locations, individuals and groups can collect medical supplies from our MedTeam Store for a small donation that will aid them in their medical mission work.
